- Russell Westbrook made NBA history on Tuesday night, becoming the only other player in the league to tally 20-20-20 in a game.
- The Thunder point guard racked up 20 points, 21 assists and 20 rebounds in OKC’s 119-103 crushing of the Los Angeles Lakers.
- The previous record stood for over 50 years, first set by Wilt Chamberlain in 1968, who scored 22 points, 25 rebounds and 21 assists.
- Speaking after the game, Westbrook dedicated the feat to rapper Nipsey Hussle, who was killed on Sunday night, telling TNT, “That was for my bro. That’s for Nipsey — 20 plus 20 plus 20.”
